Here’s a sample prompt you can try: 

Create a Canvas Agent called "[Agent Name]" to standardize open-text feedback from a [Insert Industry, e.g., retail, SaaS] customer survey.

The Agent should analyze the raw response and output these structured data fields:

  1. "sentiment": Categorized as Positive, Neutral, or Negative.
  2. "customer_intent": The main reason for the message (e.g., [Insert Example 1], [Insert Example 2]).
  3. "follow_up_required": A boolean value (True/False).

Also, generate two creative copy fields based on the user's input to use in a follow-up email:

  • "email_heading": A short, personalized headline.
  • "email_subheading": A clear line addressing their next steps.

Test the output using this simulation input: "[Insert a sample customer response here]"
