In today’s fast-paced digital landscape, data is one of the foundational components of successful customer engagement. TaxFix, a Braze customer and leading tax platform in Europe, used the Braze Data Platform to unify customer data from their mobile and web apps—and the results speak for themselves. These tailored experiences not only helped people spend less time completing their tax returns, but led to happier customers. Since moving to Braze, TaxFix has seen a 25% increase in product upsells compared to users who don't receive any CRM campaigns.
At Braze, we’re on a mission to help customers leverage data more holistically. Earlier this year, we announced the Braze Data Platform, to help brands unify, activate, and distribute their data to drive cross-channel engagement at scale. Since then, our product and engineering teams have been hard at work, and we’re excited to announce a wide array of updates to support marketers in creating personalized experiences at scale powered by real-time data.
Bring your customers’ evolving preferences together in real time
The Braze Data Platform helps brands get their data into Braze quickly, completely, and with a low total cost of ownership. One way to do that is through Cloud Data Ingestion (CDI), which we introduced in 2022 to help overcome a key hurdle marketers have faced for years: fast access to data, without reliance on technical counterparts.
To combat this issue, we initially launched CDI with a direct connection to Snowflake. Since then, we’ve added support for AWS Redshift, Databricks, and Google BigQuery. And as we’ve integrated additional cloud storage partners, we’ve seen customer usage explode—with hundreds of customers around the world now sending Braze billions of rows of customer data every day, via CDI.
To help further empower marketers–while freeing up technical teams to build impactful features for their business–we’re excited to announce that our CDI partner ecosystem is expanding to include even more cloud storage partners, with AWS S3 (General Availability) and Microsoft Azure Fabric (Early Access Q4FY25).
Simplify your tech stack and empower your marketing team
Unlocking the full potential of your unified data within Braze is crucial for deeply understanding your customers, allowing you to build trust as you deliver valuable user experiences. We’re introducing a collection of data activation features to help you streamline your data pipelines to easily build segments and precisely target your audiences.
Enhanced customer insights deliver improved customer understanding
Just as brands deliver messaging and create experiences that are personalized and relevant, having clear visibility into performance is critically important in understanding what’s working and what should be tuned for future efforts. With this in mind, we have big plans to make Braze Reporting and Analytics more flexible, easier to use, and more actionable for marketers. Later this year we will introduce:
To help brands that want to leverage Braze data in other systems, we continue to invest in mechanisms to send engagement data to other systems via Braze Currents, our high-volume data export feature. New Braze Currents features include:
Braze is dedicated to providing the essential tools marketers need to better unify, activate, and distribute customer data in service of superior customer engagement. By combining best-in-class technology and turnkey ecosystem integrations, the Braze Data Platform empowers brands to make their proprietary data the fuel for scaled, impactful, and contextually relevant experiences.
