As the leader in cross-channel customer engagement and messaging, we’re on a mission to help brands build stronger first-party relationships with their customers. One of the latest additions to the Braze customer engagement platform, landing pages, empowers marketers to get these relationships right at one of the earliest moments in the customer journey, the point of acquisition.
Landing pages are designed for brands to encourage website visitors to go from casually browsing to taking the first step toward becoming active customers—whether that’s by opting in to being email or SMS subscribers, filling out a form, RSVPing for an event, or downloading a resource.
Let’s explore how you can take advantage of landing pages to support your broader customer engagement strategy.
Landing pages are standalone web pages with a single call-to-action that are designed to fuel user acquisition and drive conversions across the customer lifecycle. These can easily be built using our drag-and-drop editor—the same drag-and-drop editor existing Braze customers already use to create campaigns for other channels, such as in-app messaging and web messaging.
Some of the key features of our landing page builder include:
These landing pages can be as out-of-the-box or as customized as you’d like. You can launch no-code or low-code landing pages using templates available within the platform— no or limited technical skills required—or you can add full custom code using the custom code block in our editor.
To align with your brand’s look and feel, you can add your preferred colors and fonts, link a custom domain or subdomain where you want all of your landing pages to live, and set your desired landing page URL slug.
Use our form field options (checkboxes, dropdowns, radio buttons, open text, and more) to seamlessly collect key customer data, such as contact information, demographic information, preferred language, and location, as well as get consent for marketing communications and terms and conditions.
Act on the first-party data you’ve collected about your users to power personalized marketing follow-ups across channels. With your data and channels all in one place, you can trigger relevant follow-ups as soon as a customer hits “Submit.” Customers have a cohesive experience as they move from your landing page to your owned mobile, web, and email channels. You can use what you learn via your landing page to provide a better overall experience wherever you engage with customers across their journey.
You only need one platform to acquire new customers and continue engaging them across the customer lifecycle. By moving your landing pages to Braze, you can cut other third-party contracts and consolidate all your lifecycle communications into one comprehensive platform.
You can use landing pages to collect first-party data about the visitors you’ve acquired via paid media or organic channels. Use landing pages to convert anonymous users into known users with customer profiles by gathering information that you can then use for future personalized experiences, outreach, and retargeting via your website and other channels.
Grow your SMS and email subscriber lists by gathering contact information and consent via a landing page.
Use landing pages to present exclusive gated content, resources, promotions, offers, memberships, or events only available to users who sign up, driving acquisition. Capture information about their specific interests so you can segment and create highly personalized offers.
When users fill out a form on a landing page, a Braze user profile will automatically be updated or created for them, complete with custom events and attributes related to the information they’ve provided. You can immediately retarget users on any channel as soon as the landing page form is submitted. For example, you may want to send a welcome email to a new newsletter subscriber, or add a new loyalty program member to an onboarding journey.
