In Appboy’s most comprehensive analysis to date, we looked at over two years of data spanning more than 30,000 campaigns and 10 billion marketing messages sent to understand retention, engagement, and conversion.
The analysis shows that sending campaigns to well thought-out segments of users, as opposed to sending the same general campaign to everyone, can result in a 200% increase in conversions. Other findings include the value of multichannel messaging, sending messages with images, and more.
