Braze has prioritized using AI to help marketers save time and get better results for the better part of a decade. We first integrated OpenAI’s GPT model for our Copywriting Assistant in May of 2022, and have been incorporating statistical and machine learning algorithms into our platform since our launch of the Intelligence Suite in 2014.
