Think about the number of digital interactions you’ve already had today. If you’re like the average person, you’ve been bouncing from screen to screen—checking notifications, reading emails, browsing the web, messaging back and forth, tapping through apps, scrolling social… and it’s only noon.
As your customers adopt and integrate channels more deeply into their day-to-day lives, they expect the brands they love to keep up. At Braze, we believe that every interaction serves as an opportunity to deepen brand loyalty and foster long-lasting relationships. If you’re not on the same channels as your customers, you’re missing out—and keeping up is becoming more challenging than ever thanks to both the breadth of new channels worldwide and the pace of change within current customer favorites, like WhatsApp and SMS/RCS.
Today, we’re announcing new channels, touchpoints, and feature enhancements designed to help you meet customers where they are and drive deeper engagement—all while simplifying the marketer experience along the way. Let's dive into our latest innovations.
1. Grow and convert your reachable audience with Landing Pages.
Landing pages have long been a staple for acquisition and re-engagement campaigns. Now, they’re natively connected to every other channel and touchpoint within the Braze platform. Marketers can design and launch new landing pages in minutes using a no-code, drag-and-drop editor. Best of all? First-party data from landing page submissions automatically updates across Braze user profiles so marketers can immediately re-engage customers via email, SMS, WhatsApp, mobile app, or any other relevant channel.
Landing pages are currently in Beta and will be available to all customers through an Early Access this Fall. Reach out to your account team to learn more
2. Use LINE to better engage your global customers.
Over the last few years, messaging apps have skyrocketed in popularity around the world. Since launching native support for WhatsApp in early 2023, marketers have told us that messaging apps are the number one channel they plan to explore in 2024. To that end, we’re expanding our suite of messaging apps to LINE, the most popular messaging app in Japan that’s also widely used across Thailand, Taiwan, and Indonesia. Within Braze, marketers can send relevant LINE messages to the right customers based on their preferences, behaviors, and cross-channel interactions. An easy setup flow, marketer-friendly user interface, and flexible pricing model enable brands to get started quickly and scale their LINE program with ease. LINE is currently in Beta and will be generally available this Fall.
3. Drive deeper engagement across RCS, messaging apps, and in-product touchpoints.
Customer engagement is much more than sending a message. It’s about using customer context to capture attention, strike up a conversation at all the right moments, and keep that conversation going across the most relevant channels and touchpoints. Today, we’re announcing three major enhancements that support more dynamic interactions:
4. Craft and personalize every message using Message Template Assistant and Liquid Assistant.
Hopefully by now, you’re feeling inspired with new ways to connect with your customers. You might even have your next big idea! But what are the next steps to actually bring that message to life? Typically, this includes submitting tickets, waiting around for creative and technical resources, and watching timelines slip. With the Message Template Assistant, you can simply input a prompt and BrazeAI™ will automatically generate an on-brand message template for you—no code or extra resourcing required. This will help you get the headstart with elements like logos, content blocks, and message body. Based on demand, the Message Template Assistant will roll out in beta for the HTML Email Editor later this fall and will expand to additional Braze channels.
Additionally, we’re making it easier for you to personalize each one of those messages at scale. The Liquid Assistant, now generally available, takes the same generative AI experience and applies it to Liquid, the personalization language used in Braze. You provide the idea using natural language prompts and BrazeAI™ quickly turns it into working Liquid code. This transforms the personalization process, making it faster for you to create, improve, and enhance relevance across channels and touchpoints.
Channel new ways to connect with your customers
The surface area of customer engagement is expanding. To keep up, you need a platform that natively supports a wide range of channels and touchpoints, fosters more dynamic conversations, and makes the experience simple.
